NEC unveiled 3 new models from their 13.3 inch notebook PC LaVie Z series: Touch panel version Ultrabook "LZ650/SS" and non-touch panel models "LZ750/SSB" and "LZ550/SSB".

NEC upgraded their CPU, added the latest software "Windows 8.1 Update" and "Office Home and Business 2013 SP1", and trimmed the weight for all the models down compared to previous models.

Mouse Computer has announced that they released 2 Windows 8.1 laptop models from their new Ultrabook "LuvBook" L series today.

LuvBook L is a 21.5mm thin 14-inch Ultrabook that has an Intel Core i7-4500U built-in. The display (1600x900 dots) is compatible with 10 points multi-touch control. The 2 models have differences in memory and storage (specs below), but both support Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11ac/a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, USB3.0 x 2, USB2.0 x 1, HDMI output, headphone output, and microphone input.

Fujitsu just introduced a new PC series specially targeting over 60-year-old people, called GRANNOTE. The first product in the series, Windows 8.1 LIFEBOOK AH90/P will be released on February 13.

Fujitsu applied their Human Centric Engine, which is already being used in their smartphones, to PCs for the first time. Human Centric Engine is their own technology that helps make operations through technology easy for users and adapts to users and their usage environments.
