SoftBank group is showing that it is really serious about the humanoid robot business.
SoftBank's subsidiary company, Asratec Corp. today introduced control software for humanoid robots - called V-Sido OS. They expect that V-Sido OS will be installed in future robots which will be introduced by many companies.

Yahoo announced that it will acquire mobile internet service provider, eAccess, from SoftBank for JPY 324 billion (about USD 3.2 billion). eAccess is going to merge with Willcom, a mobile service provider, on June 1 in a pre-planned merger and then Yahoo is going to get 99.59% of the merged company, called Y!mobile, on June 2.
