Fujitsu, for one of their new 2014 summer model personal computers, announced that they are going to release a notebook PC for ¥190,000 on May 23, which is intended for women in their 20s and 30s.
The notebook PC is called Floral Kiss (Model: LIFEBOOK CH75/R). The top board has a fashionable bicolor design (Elegant Red with Beige or Clear White with Brown) and there are glittering gems on the power button and LED lights.
The new Casio EXILIM series EX-ZR850 will be available on May 23 for about ¥32,000.
The new EX-ZR850 has an interval photography function that continues taking photos at regular intervals and can do this continuously for a maximum of 20 days, equaling about 500 hours of shooting. For example, you can very effectively track the movement of a flower blooming or scenery changing. There is also functionality to convert the interval photos into a movie.
From Nikon's mirrorless interchangeable-lens camera series Nikon 1, a new model called Nikon 1 S2 will be released for about ¥50,000 in June.
The features of the Nikon 1 S2 are its compact body (190g, 29.4mm thick), and the world's fastest auto focus speed among all interchangeable-lens digital cameras already released - 20fps.

This latest EF-S lens offers a 35mm equivalent focal range of 16-29mm. The lens construction consists of 14 elements in 11 groups. By applying a plastic-molded aspheric lens element, it became smaller and lighter than the previous model.

Olympus is going to release the latest flagship model of their rugged compact digital camera series - OLYMPUS STYLUS TG-3 Tough - for about ¥48,000 in the beginning of July.
The new model adds a macro photography mode that enables an approach of as close as 10mm to an object from its lens. In that mode, it can zoom up to 6.9X when the focal distance is 100mm (35mm equivalent), and when used in conjunction with super-resolution zoom, it is able to shoot the object in 13.8X zoom.
