Landport - Bluetooth earmuff headphones

Landport is releasing earmuff-style headphones - Music Earmuff Bluetooth - in early November.

On the headphones, there are operation buttons for volume control, playback, pause, skip and so on. It can pair up with iPhone, Android smartphone and Bluetooth compliant music players.

Landport's Music Earmuff Bluetooth looks much fluffier than audio-technica's earmuff headphones that were recently released.

It can run for 10 hours when fully charged.

3D printer plays a key role in development of Privacy Visor

The National Institute of Informatics (NII) and Maezawa Mold have been co-developing a wearable device, the Privacy Visor, to protect users' privacy from SNS facial recognition.

The Privacy Visor is a Google Glass-style device that uses LEDs. By illuminating a user's face with invisible light, it can prevent privacy invasion through surveillance camera-based face recognition systems.

Canon - CINEMA EOS SYSTEM HD video camera - EOS C100 Mark II

Canon is going to release a new compact HD video camera with improved auto focus function - EOS C100 Mark II - from their CINEMA EOS SYSTEM (cinema camera system) series in late December.

The price will be around 550,000 yen. The lens kit, which comes with an EF24-105mm F4 L IS USM lens, is also scheduled to be released for about 620,000 yen in early February.

Village Vanguard, a Japanese popular chain variety store, started accepting pre-orders of the Skull Chupa Chups Case.

It's a skull-shaped case that is made only for storing Chupa Chups lollipops. It will be released for 8,800 yen in mid-December.

There is a key chain model and a necklace model, and 3 colors (gold, silver and black) will be available. The parts are made of brass.
