King Jim - Smartphone coating "i glaco"

King Jim is going to start selling a coating for smartphone touch-panel displays called "i glaco" on November 21. It was jointly developed by King Jim and SOFT99 corporation, a company that sells glass coating for cars.

Apply i glaco on the touch panel and wipe it off with a Kleenex. After 2 hours of drying, a coating film is generated and it sheds fingerprints and skin oil.

Sharp - Ceiling-mounted ion generator to deodorize washroom smell

Sharp is releasing a ceiling-mounted ion generator with built-in LED light for washroom (IG-GTA20) on November 20.

Using Sharp's original sterilization technology, called Plasmacluster, the ion generator eliminates bacteria that cause bad smells and deodorizes the room. Since it has the same attachment part as a regular bulb, it can be installed easily in the washroom at your house.
