audio-technica is going to release new headphones with fluffy earmuffs - ATH-FW55 - on October 17.
ATH-FW55 is designed for girls. Since the earmuffs are big, they make the user's face smaller, which Japanese girls consider attractive and care a lot about.
The item will be produced in limited quantity.
Panasonic is going to release the LUMIX DMC-LX100, the world's first compact digital point-and-shoot camera with a 4/3-inch sensor built-in, for about 103,000 yen on November 13.
By using the same 4/3-inch sensor as Panasonic's mirrorless interchangeable-lens cameras supporting the Micro Four Thirds system, LUMIX DMC-LX100 brings equivalent image quality to that of mirrorless cameras.

Technics is Panasonic's brand for audio devices. It was discontinued in 2010, but Panasonic recently discussed the revival of the brand on September 4th. The new high-end speaker system SB-R1 will be one of the first products celebrating the brand's revival.
