Domino's Japan Offers Heart-Shaped Happy Valentine Pizza & "Kabedon" Service

Domino's Pizza is going to sell a heart-shaped "Happy Valentine Pizza" for ¥1,300 ($11) from February 12 to February 15. Or, if you spend more than ¥3,000 ($25) on a large-size pizza, you'll get a free Happy Valentine Pizza or a coupon for a future purchase.

Chocolate Tsukemen (ramen noodles with dipping soup) will be available for a limited time until February 15 at one of the most well-known Japanese ramen restaurants, Menya Musashi.

It's called "Tsuke Ghana 2015" since it's a dish in collaboration with Lotte's Ghana chocolate series. The price is ¥880. It will be available at its original store in Shinjuku, Tokyo and its Kamata, Tokyo store.

Casio - EXILIM EX-ZR1600 camera - always able to pair with your smartphone

Casio is going to release new model EX-ZR1600 of their EXILIM digital camera series on March 20.

EX-ZR1600 is equipped with an effective 16.1MP 1/2.3inch CMOS sensor and offers an 18X optical zoom lens. A 3-inch 180-degree flip screen and a front shutter button make it easy for the user to take good selfies. It is able to shoot 1920x1080/30fps movies.

New Polypropylene Resin Made from Bamboo

Three Japanese companies - Chuetsu Pulp & Paper, Lion Idemitsu Composites, and Sanko Shokai - jointly invented a new polypropylene resin composite material derived from bamboo.

In detail, it's a composite material with nanocrystalline cellulose made from bamboo, and it's ideal for use in weight-saving components for things like cars. Nanocrystalline cellulose is a fiber with a weight only one-fifth that of steel but is 5 times stronger, and it has almost no thermic stretch.
