Unitcom announced the release of a stick style Windows 8.1 PC called "Picoretta" that will go on sale for ¥19,800 (~$165) on March 28.
Picoretta is a tiny product that weights only 70g. There is an HDMI terminal built-in, and that allows a TV or display monitor to transform into a PC simply by connecting via HDMI.
