ICEPEN is a Vietnam based startup that blasted 150% past its Kickstarter goal and is now in production. The stylus is a 3-in-one device that includes a standard rubbery tip, a precision tip, and a traditional twist-out pen. AkihabaraNews tested two pre-production units, and here’s what our reporter thought.
Toshiba today started shipment of sample products of a new microSD card to companies such as mobile device manufacturers. The micro SD card supports the ultra-fast UHS-II interface standard for the first time in the industry.
There is a 32GB model (THNSX032GAJCM4) and 64GB model (THNSX064GBK5M4).
The 32GB model has a read speed of 260MB/s and a write speed of 240MB/s, which is an 8 times faster read speed and 2.7 times faster write speed than Toshiba's current UHS-I compliant model (MUH-A032G).
Last month, Sony gave notice that they will release the Evangelion model of the portable audio player WALKMAN, and finally they just unveiled the details of the model.
The special collaboration model is made based on Android WALKMAN F series "NW-F887 (64GB)" which supports high-resolution audio. It is scheduled to be out on April 24.

Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Sony, has just announced that they gave up all 9,520,000 shares they have (equivalent to 4.8 billion yen) of the Japanese video gaming developing company, Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd, and have transferred them to SMBC Nikko Securities Inc.
Square Enix is well-know for its Final Fantasy series and the Dragon Quest series.
While there are a great deal of fancy cleaning robots such as Roomba available in the market, CCP is going to start selling another casual, reasonable cleaning robot - Mofa - in mid-May.

Toshiba is going to unleash the world's first 4K LCD display (3840x2160) built-in notebook PC - dynabook T954 - on April 25.
The price is expected to be about ¥220,000.
Toshiba used the technology of their 4K compliant TV REGZA and improved it for this notebook PC. The dynabook T954 has a 15.6-inch IGZO touch panel display, Core i7 4700HQ CPU, Radeon R9 M265X GPU, 8GB memory, 1TB storage, Hybrid HDD, Blu-ray as an optical drive, Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11ac/a/b/g/n) and Bluetooth 4.0.
Buffalo is going to release a uniquely shaped USB2.0 cable in early May to use with a smartphone/tablet for transferring data or for charging.
