What _really_ is that? If it is some kind of "server" for sharing some USB devices via lan, then the name "USB hub" is misleading and I would even say untruthful. USB hub is (in short) a device, which connects to USB port and makes additional USB ports. And there is no word about connecting this to USB in a computer as a USB hub. Of course, it has inside a USB hub (if it does not have four USB controllers), but I definitely would not call this USB hub.
