NTT docomo is finally going to start selling a wristwatch-style wearable device for child "Dococchi" a.k.a child tracker next month. Do parents really, REALLY need this much control and oversight?

A stick style Windows 8.1 PC called "Picoretta" will be available for sale for ¥19,800 (~$165) on March 28. It weighs only 70g and is actually factually a complete and functional computer.
