Chocolate Ramen for your Valentine

No more fancy Valentine's Day dinner

Chocolate Tsukemen (ramen noodles with dipping soup) will be available for a limited time until February 15 at one of the most well-known Japanese ramen restaurants, Menya Musashi.

It's called "Tsuke Ghana 2015" since it's a dish in collaboration with Lotte's Ghana chocolate series. The price is ¥880. It will be available at its original store in Shinjuku, Tokyo and its Kamata, Tokyo store.

The Tsuke Ghana 2015 chocolate dipping soup contains 1.5 bars of Ghana Milk chocolate (which is about 75g of chocolate), brown veal stock, red wine and some herbs and spices. It seems too sweet, but according to people who tried it, it produces a perfectly-balanced rich and refreshing flavor.
