Mandarin orange-flavored potato chips
Mandarin orange-flavored potato chips are now available at convenience stores all over Japan.
It was released by Koikeya, a major Japanese snack company, on December 22.
According to Koikeya, the mandarin orange-flavored potato chips has the fruit's fragrant sweet and acidic flavor.
This new flavor was made with inspiration from iconic scenes of Japanese winter. We picture an old-school scene where family members or friends sit warm under the kotatsu together eating mandarin oranges. A Kotatsu is a traditional Japanese heating system. It is a low table frame with an electric heater attached inside.
