Sony - The world's smallest Hi-Res music player Walkman NW-A10

Today, Sony announced the release of the new non-Android NW-A10 Walkman from their Walkman A series, the world's smallest High-Resolution Audio digital music player. It will be released on November 8.

The new NW-A10 has a microSD slot built-in to add more capacity. Since it is also compatible with SDXC memory card, it is capable of having up to 128GB microSD card, which enables the 32GB model to enhance its capacity up to 160GB, and the 64GB model to enhance its capacity up to 192GB.



Playable files are FLAC/WAV/Apple Lossless (up to 192kHz/24bit) and MP3/WMA/ATRAC/ATRAC Advanced Lossless/AAC/AIFF. It doesn't support DSD file. It's able to play movie files as well and supports MPEG-4 AVC/H.264のmp4/m4v/MPEG-4 Simple Profile/MWV9.

It has a 2.2-inch TFT color display (320x240), and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and NFC ability.
