Google has released .みんな - a new domain extension for Japanese who want to carve out their own, new space on the Internet.

.みんな (.minna) literally means "everybody" in Japanese, and is being positioned by Google as an alternate online address space for Japanese.

Thanko released "Mobile Battery Na Video Camera", 3000mAh mobile battery that has a small video camera built-in.

The camera has a 5MP CMOS sensor and is able to shoot full HD movies (1280x720, 30fps) continuously for up to 8 hours. The video you take will be saved in a microSD card (maximum 32GB).

By selecting Motion Sensing Mode, it can shoot for up to 48 hours.

App-Enabled Geiger Counter for Smartphones
Okay, we were skeptical on this one at first glance, but these devices do exist: what we’ve got here is a plug-and-play Geiger counter that fits any smartphone headphone jack (iOS or Android - no love for Blackberry until they finally give up and accept their Google overlords).
