Takara Tomy introduced their new bullet train toy - Linear Liner. It is a miniature version of the new MagLev shinkansen (bullet train) that is currently in running tests by JR Tokai.

Honda Aircraft Company, Honda's subsidiary aircraft business, has just introduced their currently in-development lightweight jet called HondaJet to the public at the 2014 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, Switzerland.

They also announced that they will begin the full-scale process for commercial production in order to start delivering to end customers within 2015 after being able to obtain the aircraft's type certification by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) of the United States.

To celebrate the 15 year anniversary of ONE PIECE first being aired on TV, the Real Dasshutsu Game in collaboration with ONE PIECE will take place this summer at the concert venue Zepp in its various locations around Japan.

Real Dasshutsu Game, which in English means "user participation type escape-the-room game" has been an extremely popular event, set-up and run by the Japanese event planning company, SCRAP Entertainment Inc.

Built in the 16th century, Matsumoto Castle is unlike many other Japanese castles in that it is built on a plain rather than on a hill or mountain top, and it is surrounded by a picturesque moat. The castle is either the second or third most beautiful castle in Japan, and to be fair, we cannot disagree either way!

Unusual combination but so cool!

Has anyone imagined that Mario from Super Mario Bros. would be driving around in one of the most luxurious cars? Well, currently he is driving a Mercedes in the TV commercial for the new Mercedes-Benz GLA.

At Keio University, the Sugiura Laboratory, in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (Faculty of Science and Technology) is investigating various phenomena through analysis and experiment. These phenomena involve coupling between electromagnetics and mechanical dynamics, as well as nonlinear dynamics. Currently, the researchers are focusing on three topics. The first is nonlinear oscillations in superconductive magnetic suspension systems. In such systems, objects are levitated, so energy loss due to friction is very low.

The neurocam is the world's first wearable camera system that automatically records what interests you.

It consists of a headset with a brain-wave sensor and connects to an iPhone. The system estimates whether you're interested in something from the brain-waves captured by the sensor, and uses the iPhone's camera to record the scenes that appear to interest you.

Just buy wearing the neurocam, the scenes you have shown an interest in are recorded automatically, and are added to an album which you can look through later.
