"Christmas in Japan," by Paul Anka (VIDEO)
Recorded by Paul Anka, released in the winter of 1958 following his first tour in Japan. Reportedly predates the American song "Christmas Everywhere."

Way back when, the term “additive manufacturing” described a process little known outside of that industry, and Japan was actually on the forefront of that tech.

What’s probably lost on most viewers around the world is that commercials like these aren’t evidence of a widespread, built-in cultural bizarreness. Nope, they’re much more about advertisers and ad agencies trying to out-weird each other.

The castle is either the second or third most beautiful castle in Japan, and to be fair, we cannot disagree either way!

To celebrate the 15 year anniversary of ONE PIECE first being aired on TV, the Real Dasshutsu Game in collaboration with ONE PIECE will take place this summer at the concert venue Zepp in its various locations around Japan.

Real Dasshutsu Game, which in English means "user participation type escape-the-room game" has been an extremely popular event, set-up and run by the Japanese event planning company, SCRAP Entertainment Inc.

Unusual combination but so cool!

Has anyone imagined that Mario from Super Mario Bros. would be driving around in one of the most luxurious cars? Well, currently he is driving a Mercedes in the TV commercial for the new Mercedes-Benz GLA.

This is probably the best Android Wear smartwatch on the market. It looks good. It feels good. It's built to military-grade survivability standards to be water, mud, dust, and drop-proof. It comes with a suite of custom-made, proprietary tools and features...and they're so good that CASIO's Smart Outdoor Watch might be better off without Android Wear.

My short time with the α7S was a beautiful and blissful affair - but would I, with my investment in M4/3 lenses, take a Sony α7S over a GH4? Well, you can smell grass, feel the asphalt, and hear the bustling city streets; the clarity of the images stirs your imagination and activates your senses...
