Toyota Prius Persona out in USA in 2015

Toyota USA has announced that they are going to add the Persona to their new 2015 Prius model lineup. The price starts at $26,985.

Persona is one of the Toyota's Prius models that is customized for the American market. The first Persona model was released in the fall of 2012, and the new 2015 model will be the second in the line-up.

The new Persona will be colored in either "Absolutely-Red" or "Blizzard Pearl". Its 17-inch alloy wheels are coated with a premium dark color. There are heated power door mirrors with turn signal indicators.

Inside of the car, the seats and steering wheel feature black SofTex with gray stitching. The floor lighting at the front seats glows blue.

Daihatsu's new-style convertible kei-car (light automobile) - COPEN - went on sale today.

The model released today is called COPEN Robe and it's now available for JPY 1,798,200, which roughly equal to USD17,660. Daihatsu is scheduled to launch another new model called COPEN X (cross) in autumn this year. The COPEN X's exterior looks more sporty than COPEN Robe.
