Elecom - Heat-resistant SD card for car use

Elecom is going to release a new microSDHC card (MF-CAMRU11) and SDHC card (MF-CASDU11) in late July. Both of them offer 16GB or 32GB models.

They are suitable for use with in-vehicle devices such as a car navigation system or drive recorder.

They are made to be used in temperatures from -20 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, so although the temperature inside a car can get really hot or cold easily, it is not likely there will be damage to saved data by instantaneous power failure.

They also have IPX7 standard waterproofing and shock resistance against twisting, bending and dropping.

The microSDHC card (MF-CAMRU11) comes with a conversion adaptor for SD card.
