Olympus - STYLUS compact digital camera specialized for construction sites

Olympus just announced that they are going to release a compact digital camera specialized for taking photos at construction sites - OLYMPUS STYLUS TG-3 工一郎 (pronounced as Koichiro in Japanese) - sometime in July.

The OLYMPUS STYLUS TG-3 Koichiro is built based on Olympus's latest flagship rugged camera "OLYMPUS STYLUS TG-3 Tough", which is scheduled to be out on June 12.  On top of the flagship camera, OLYMPUS STYLUS TG-3 Koichiro has other helpful functions for construction site photography.

Some of its functions include: "One-touch White Balance" to reproduce the correct color in challenging conditions for taking photos, a function to allow you to take one look at a shot and know the horizontal and vertical lines, and an "Original Image Judgment" function to add information to tell if the image is edited or not.

It also includes software that automatically sets the image size recommended by the "Standard of Digital Photography Management Information" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism could help to make your work proceed smoothly. You can turn off the software setting, too.

OLYMPUS STYLUS TG-3 Koichiro is compatible with an indelible SDWORM card.

A silicon cover for protecting it from shock and also free 2-year camera accidental insurance will also come with the camera.
