SCENE:
Personality of Two Stations (NAKANO/SHINJUKU)

The first half of this SCENE IN TOKYO was shot in front of Nakano Station where an older man was busking with a shamisen, a traditional guitar-ish instrument. Busking itself is rare for Japanese street musicians, but busking with a ancient, 3-stringed gourd attached to a stick is pretty much unheard of. Great soundtrack to the entrance of the iconic Nakano Station neighborhood.

Tokyo Metropolis: 36 Million Human Beings as Seen from Above (VIDEO)

The second half of this SCENE was shot last Friday night in Shinjuku Station...at a relative down time. Located in the heart of the Tokyo Metropolitan area, serving more than 3.5 million human passengers every day, Shinjuku Station is the busiest transportation hub on the planet. The flow of human bodies seen here is effectively constant; in this massive train station, you will see from slightly less to a whole lot more - but almost never will you see a lull.

With Thanko's Night-Vision Scope Camera, you can see clearly something that you cannot usually see in the dark.

There is a 7-level adjustable infrared mode to see objects in dark places. A 3X power telescope and 2X digital zoom lens enable you to observe distant objects. Also, you are able to shoot still/moving images with it so that it might be fun to use it on your friends - scare them at night-time and record their reaction!

It is also usable in the day time as well by using the infrared cut filter attached to the body.

From Thanko's "Gorone" (means lay down/bunk down) series, a new tablet and smartphone stand to support your smart device for you to use while you lay down was just released.

It's not easy to use a tablet or smartphone while you lie on on your bed. That will eventually give numbness in your arms. But, if you have the stand, there will be no need to hold your tablet or smartphone and then you can enjoy using it for a long time without your arms getting tired.
