KAGA HIGHTECH - Wireless shutter button for iPhone

KAGA HIGHTECH introduced a wireless shutter button for iPhone/iPad called "TAXAN MéoSnap Pachil". It will be released for 1,980 yen on May 28.

One very big benefit of the product could be to take a group photo without sacrificing somebody to be the photographer.

It can be used with Bluetooth 4.0 and iOS 7.0 or later compliant iPhone or iPad. Once you pair it up with your iPhone or iPad via Bluetooth before the initial use, you can use it every time without installing any application or complicated setting.

It comes with a remote control part and stand part through which you can fix an iPhone on somewhere flat. You can use the remote control up to 30 meters away from the iPhone/iPad. It's also able to start and stop shooting a video.

The Japanese major online store Rakuten and the American company Livescribe yesterday agreed to sell a smartpen called Livescribe 3 on Rakuten Books.
