McDonald's in Japan is going to release 4 burgers, 3 side dishes, 6 drinks/desserts, and 1 breakfast dish, which are made in the image of 8 FIFA World Cup participating countries, starting on May 27. That includes burgers with soccer ball shaped buns.

- Brazil Burger - Beef BBQ
Soccer ball shaped buns, 2 pieces of 100% beef patties, cheddar sauce, char-grilled flavored sauce, bell pepper, and lettuce

- German Burger - Pork Schnitzel
Pretzel-like buns, pork cutlets, potato fillings, roasted onion, and champignon sauce

From June 18 to early July:
- Japan Burger - Beef Menchi
Menchi means a fried cake of spiced minced meat.
Soccer ball shaped buns, Menchi with cheese, cabbage, brown sauce

- France Burger - Chicken Cordon Bleu
Baguette-like buns, chicken cordon bleu (chicken cutlets with ham and cheese inside)

Ball of fried brown rice risotto with tomato sauce and squid ink flavors

- Chicken McNugget - Italian Basil Sauce

Today, a new type of Yakiniku (Japanese-style BBQ) restaurant called Tokkyu Yakiniku has opened in Osaka, Japan.

"Tokkyu", a part of the restaurant name, means express train in Japanese. The reason why the restaurant was named like that is obvious: at the restaurant, all the dishes and drinks are delivered on a moving plate on a train track. Yes, it's like a Kaiten-sushi / Rotating sushi / Sushi train, but instead of sushi, slices of meat come to your table by express train.

Cold soba noodle is one of the most refreshing dishes to eat during the hot summer in Japan. But it's so good that it may be served too often in the same way and family members will eventually get really bored with it.

So, a famous blogger Miyachan invented a cold soba noodle dish that is cute and attractive to look at. It's a "TOTORO" Tororo Soba - Studio Ghibli's TOTORO-shaped buckwheat soba noodle with tororo (grated gooey Nagaimo yam)!

They are Fresh Banana & Chocolate Cream Frappuccino and Fresh Banana & Caramel Cream Frappuccino. This is the first time for Starbucks Japan to use a whole fruit in a single drink.

Fresh Banana & Chocolate Cream Frappuccino is a chocolate flavored banana frappuccino with chocolate brown, whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top.

World Cup 2014 in Brazil is just around the corner starting on June 12. To warm up to the international festival, Nissin unveiled 3 cup noodle products from their new "Brazilian Chicken" noodle series.

The taste of "Brazilian Chicken" series is based on char-grilled Brazilian BBQ, Churrasco.
