Airsoft Toothbrush (VIDEO)

Airsoft Toothbrush - AkihabaraNews.com

Yes, That is Correct:
Airsoft Toothbrush

In the Mostly Accurate Stereotypes of the World Handbook (really wish that was a thing), modern Japanese people aren't normally correlated with the made-for-anti-terrorism Glock 18c fully automatic handgun, so this video can seem a little unsettling in the first few frames. But don't worry, laugh yourself over that fairly quickly.

And about that, see, cops have guns here in Japan, and while it is legal, possession by private citizens is rare (requires navigating a nearly impenetrable licensing process). But, Airsoft is hugely popular, and shops stocking full-on arsenals & ammo are relatively easy to find.

Airsoft even gets folded into an otaku cocktail at places like Akihabara's combined maid cafe/shooting range, Friendly Fire.

Habitual
There is pretty much zero information available on the guy who made this video, but we do know this isn't the first time tokioFN has explored compressed-air-powered, pellet gun-based oral hygiene. Yeah, there are more - with larger guns, too.

TokyoStreetView: Todoroki Valley (4K VIDEO) - AkihabaraNews.com
An environment unique to Tokyo, Todoroki Valley is a simple walking trail adjacent to the Yazawa River and surrounded by a very dense forest that totally shields it from Kan-Pachi Dori, one of Tokyo’s busiest roads. While the Todoroki Valley’s 1.2 km walking trail is pure bliss, it’s only at the end of the voyage that you can discover yet another hidden wonder: the Todoroki Fudo Temple. Here you can enjoy some delicious mochi (Japanese rice sweets) and ramune (Lemonade), and you have the option to let the gods hear your prayers and wash away your sins.

REVIEW: CASIO EX-FR10 Action Cam (GALLERY; VIDEO) - AkihabaraNews.com
Sony has changed up the form factor a bit, JVC and Ricoh have gone for full-on assault drop Space Marine armour (for the glory of the imperium of man!), and Panasonic went with the duo of innovative mounting option and first-to-the-market 4k for theirs. In the end though, they all did basically the same thing: capturing the action. The one Japanese electronics behemoth that was noticeably absent from the fray was CASIO… until now.

Panasonic is currently displaying the new LUMIX CM1, a digital camera with 1-inch sensor and Android 4.4, at Photokina 2014 in Cologne, Germany.

LUMIX CM1 is scheduled to be released for about EUR 899 at the end of this year in Germany first, and then it will be released worldwide at the beginning of 2015.
