Tonkatsu (Pork cutlets) with whipped cream on top
Tonkatsu (Pork cutlets) is surely one of the most loved Japanese food by Japanese as well as foreigners. The combination of the deep fried juicy thick pork, crunchy panko and flavorful sauce are dreamy.
However, Yoshibe, a Tonkatsu specialized restaurant in Kobe, broke the rule and have made it into a dessert. They are going to sell the Tonkatsu dessert for a limited time only from April 26 to May 6.
The Tonkatsu dessert is named "Ton Stick". It has 3 Tonkatsu stick pieces with whipped cream, fruit and chocolate sauce on top. You can choose blueberry sauce instead of chocolate sauce.
