NTT docomo - 3-inch LCD touch panel mobile Wi-Fi router

NTT docomo is going to release a new mobile Wi-Fi router with 3-inch LCD touch panel - Wi-Fi STATION L-02F - manufactured by LG Electronics Japan on February 22.

Wi-Fi STATION L-02F supports their ultra-fast LTE service Xi (down 150Mbps, up 50Mbps), and GSM/GPRS as well as 3G network for international roaming.

Since it has a 3600mAh built-in battery, it is capable of running continuously for 13 hours with an LTE connection.

Unlike a traditional mobile phone or Android smartphone, iPhone doesn't support mobile wallet services. But, NTT docomo made it possible to join those services using your iPhone.

They are going to release Osaifu Keitai Jacket 01, a device for iPhone that transforms the iPhone into a mobile wallet compliant device.  

 

As a part of their research into wearable computing, Docomo are working with the possibility of pairing smartphones with head-mounted interfaces. At CEATEC 2013, they demonstrated a variety of situations where this technology could be utilized in the future.

NTT docomo today has announced that they are going to start providing a new service called Pet Fit for users' dogs sometime in March. You can remotely check how your dog is, maintain his daily health condition, and find out where he is when he's lost.
