Chocolate gift for your special someone who likes to drink
Valentine's day is just around the corner.
Since it's the day when girls give a gift, particularly chocolate, to boys here in Japan, lots of chocolate gifts made for boys' taste go on the shelves during this season.
So, if your lover likes to drink, we want to introduce Japanesey Bon Bon chocolates, that are sold by major Japanese liquor retailer, Kakuyasu.
This Japanese liquor selection of Bon Bon chocolates could be fun to eat together. It's a pack of 18 pieces including top-quality sake (called Daiginjyo), Imojyochu, Mugijyochu, Sobajyochu (liquor distilled from potatoes, barley, and buckwheat respectively), plum wine, etc. The Daiginjyo chocolate inside the foil wrapping is even shaped like a barrel. Their alcohol content is between 2% and 3.2%. The price is 1,050 yen for a box of 18 pieces.
For those who like the salaryman's favorite "Highball", consisting of whisky and soda/tonic water, how about giving the Highball Bon Bon? 10 pieces of highball chocolates in a box that costs 525 yen.
