Bandai - Sushi figures transform into the original ingredients - Bandai Sushi transform figures

Bandai is going to release a new Sushi figures series called - Gyakusaisei Motomodoru Sushimodoru - (long name!!) to their Gachapon machines on January 22. It's a machine that you insert coins, turn the nob, and get a random capsule toy.

These sushi figures are transformative. Their parts can be disassembled and you can assemble them into the original ingredients of the sushi, for example a tuna sushi figure can be transformed into a whole tuna fish.

We wrote about sushi-transformers, a concept product introduced by Takara Tomy A.R.T.S at the International Tokyo Toy Show 2013 a half-year ago, but these haven't yet become a commercial reality↓↓↓

Unlimited-Terrain RC QuadCopter from Takara Tomy

Well that’s an interesting way to go about it...
Takara Tomy’s made thousands of RC toys over the years, but this is the first in a while that’s really caught our interest: it really is a go-anywhere ride.

Takara Tomy Arts is going to release a Natto mixing machine Rosanjin Natto Bachi on February 6.

Natto - fermented soy beans - is a favorite among Japanese. We usually eat it with rice for breakfast. It's smelly and slimy so most likely people will want to avoid eating it if they have never tried to before. However, if you are adventurous and get hooked on its mysterious flavor and texture, Natto will be irresistible for you.
