Casio - EXILIM EX-10 - Take 9 continuous shots at a time with different settings

Casio has just announced that the new flagship model of their compact digital camera series EXILIM - EX-10 - will be released on November 29.

The most outstanding feature of "EX-10" is the world's first biaxial bracketing shooting function called "Premium Bracketing", which allows you to take 9 continuous shots with different shooting settings by changing the f-stop and focus positions with one shutter click and to choose the best photo out of many options. There is an "Auto Bracketing" mode to set each parameter on the camera and "Manual Bracketing" mode to customize each parameter's setting by yourself.

"EX-10" has a 1/1.7inch CMOS sensor, the latest EXILIM engine "EXILIM EngineHS Ver.3 ADVANCE" featuring "High Speed Technology", and a 28mm f1.8 4X optical zoom lens (an equivalent focal length of 28-112mm in 35mm terms) built-in. Its 3.5 inch screen is tiltable (180-degree up and 55-degree down).

Panasonic's Lumix GH4 has Variable Frame Rate!

REVIEW: CASIO EX-FR10 Action Cam (GALLERY; VIDEO) - AkihabaraNews.com
Sony has changed up the form factor a bit, JVC and Ricoh have gone for full-on assault drop Space Marine armour (for the glory of the imperium of man!), and Panasonic went with the duo of innovative mounting option and first-to-the-market 4k for theirs. In the end though, they all did basically the same thing: capturing the action. The one Japanese electronics behemoth that was noticeably absent from the fray was CASIO… until now.

Casio is going to release compact digital camera EX-ZR50 on September 12 from its EXILIM series. The estimated price is 40,000 yen.
