Sony - New 4K BRAVIA included "4K X-Reality PRO" high picture quality engine

Sony's new 4K BRAVIA LCD TV "X8500A series" (65inch, 55inch) will be out on October 19. It's BRAVIA's 5th 4K TV.

"X8500A series" features Sony's high picture quality engine "4K X-Reality PRO" that converts images into 4K quality and "TRILUMINOS Display" that brings out vivid colors.

2.1ch 2-way bass reflex speakers, have been built-in at the bottom of the screen - moved from their position on the sides in the previous model, reducing the size of the TV by 20 cm.  The speakers are assisted by 2 tweeters, 2 woofers and 1 assist woofer.

Sony said that they consciously developed the "X8500A series" to attract customers who are interested in or already own a home theater system. They recommend their sound bar "HT-ST7" and "HT-ST3" (sold separately) to use with "X8500A series".
